Q: Do you charge for a consultation?
A: Yes, we charge $65.00 per hour for on-site consultations regarding advice for "do-it-yourselfers". Or a client might request a consultation for plant diagnosis or for advice on adding "curb appeal".
Q: Is there a fee for a landscape design?
A: We charge varying amounts for designs based on what the client wants to have included in the plan. Our designer will meet with you, check out the site and submit a contract for the design amount. If you choose not to have the design done there will be no cost to you.
Q: What are the payment schedules for a landscape installation?
A: We require a retainer of 1/3 contract cost to be paid before work begins. A second draw of 1/3 will be required at midpoint in the installation with the remainder to be paid upon completion of work.
Q: Does your company have general liability insurance?
A: We carry general liability, equipment liability and workers compensation insurance.
Q: Are you a licensed landscape contractor in the state of North Carolina?
A: We have a NC Landscape Contractor’s license, NC Irrigation Contractor’s license, as well as NC Department of Agriculture Pesticide application licenses.
Q: Do you perform residential grounds maintenance?
A: No, we do not do residential grounds maintenance at this time.
Q: Do you perform commercial grounds maintenance?
A: Yes, we do perform many different types of commercial grounds maintenance, such as mowing, pruning, fertilizing, etc.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: No, payments are made by personal or business checks.
Q: Does your company install irrigation?
A: Yes, we have the capabilities to do irrigation installation.
Q: What parts of Western North Carolina do you serve?
A: We have done work in Buncombe, Henderson, Polk, Transylvania, Haywood, Jackson and McDowell counties. We are open to traveling to other counties, please contact us.
